INTERNAL REGULATIONS ON CONGRESS COMMUNICATIONS.

To send an abstract it is not necessary to be registered for the Congress, but to present it during the congress and / or for it to be accepted / rejected by the scientific committee.
The same author may only appear as the first signatory in a maximum of 5 works, and may appear as a co-author in all those that have collaborated, without numerical limit.
A maximum of 6 authors per scientific communication is admitted, all of whom must be registered in the congress before the congress begins. If any of the authors (main or secondary) were not registered, the communication would be REJECTED, even if it has received prior acceptance by the Scientific Committee.
For the sending of communications, the web-enabled system that allows the sending of summaries will be used. It is not possible to send attached images and / or videos, or graphics, figures or tables, this will be added later in the case of being accepted to the final POSTER / ORAL COMMUNICATION.
The papers must be UNPUBLISHED AND ORIGINAL (not published prior to the date of the Congress).
Only communications processed using the communications delivery system on this website and complying with the submission rules will be accepted. Under no circumstances will communications sent by email be accepted.
The order of appearance of the authors of the publication will be the same as that entered in the system when sending the communication. The names and surnames of the authors must be in capital letters and without accents. You must select the type of presentation you want to apply with your work, although the final opinion on the type of presentation is decided by the Scientific Committee.
The sending of communications will be open until the date defined in the call. After this date, no communication will be admitted, whether it is modification due to previous rejection or new.

ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE WORK UPLOADED BY THE PARTICIPANT IN THE CONGRESS.

Every participant is responsible for everything they publish in the congress, as well as having the duty to know that when registering for it, publishing or participating actively or passively, they must at all times:

Provide true personal data, filling in name, surname and ID as indicated in the form. If it is not carried out in this way, the user will lack certification of their participation in the Congress.
Know your responsibility to provide personal data of true third parties as second authors of your communications
Know that in the event that the Congress begins, and the same author or co-author of any communication is not registered, none of them will receive certification for it, even though it has been previously accepted by the Scientific Committee. However, the authors authorize MAJFM S.L. to its diffusion through the means that it usually uses, including the publication of all the works in digital and / or video format. The participant may publicize and publish their work, mentioning that it has been presented and accepted in the Congress.

The works will be public and must be unpublished, and the authors of each work are responsible for ensuring that its content is true. Any problem regarding the Intellectual Property Law will fall on the authors of the works. In case of falsity or copying, they will be sanctioned with NO ACCEPTANCE of the same, so they will not receive any certification by it.

All workshops and presentations organized by MAJFM S.L. in the present CONGRESS / COURSE / SCIENTIFIC WEEK they will be public for all the users of the same. The scientific material of the same, as well as its content has been created for training purposes for users, the congress is exempt from liability in the event of having errors, both in content and structure.
